Contents of the Workshop

The lecture will introduce Small and Medium Business (SMB) automation needs, covering topics such as Website & e-commerce solution, CRM, Operations, Marketing, HR & Finances. As an example, the open source “all-in-one” package Odoo of a Belgian startup will be used in the teaching context. The practicum will let students experiment with the e-commerce module of Odoo, building their very own web shop.
